What is Lifestyle & Wellness Coaching?

Vibrant Horizons specializes in personal transformation and life renewal through lifestyle. Improved well-being begins with a desire for change. What changes would you like to see in your life? A Supported Integrative Approach to Being Well
Positive lifestyle changes can have an immediate impact in your health. Diet, nutrition, fitness, stress management, and tools for self healing are keys to improving health and are a part of an integrative approach to being well. One step at a time, one day at a time, positive changes can become a part of any lifestyle.

Co-creating, Goal Setting, and Guidance to Reach Your Goals
Many people are asked by their doctor to “eat better and exercise more”. Others know that they need to make lifestyle changes but just do not know where to get started. Where is the guidance to make those changes? Where is the support?

One of the benefits to this unique style of coaching is that it provides a supportive environment that invites personal healing and transformation.
