We will uncover nutritional deficiencies and restore your body into balance. You will learn the nutritional value of food and how it can be used to heal more than just your body. You will also come to understand your relationship to food and gain an awareness of why you seek out and eat the foods you do.

Let’s take a walk around a local health food store and explore some new foods! I can show you healthier alternatives to what you are currently eating and suggest new foods that are not currently in your diet. Eating healthy can be done on a budget and I’ll show you how.
