| CONNECTIONS: Health through Mindfulness, Movement, and Nutrition CONNECTIONS is a new class that focuses on connecting you to your body in a new way. Each variety of self-healing techniques, exercises, stretches, as well as nutritional recommendations. The information presented during the class will be very beneficial for general health and well-being, not just the weekly topic.
