Keeping Your Immune System Strong
In this interactive class, you will gain immune-boosting tools that build a healthy immune system. You will learn
specific foods that boost your immune system as well as self-healing techniques that you can use when your
immune system is compromised. You will experience movement exercises and a meditation that promote
health. Handouts will be provided. Cost: $25

No-Fuss Nourishment: Simple Meals that Heal
Eating healthy doesn’t have to take a lot of time or be difficult. In this class you will learn nutrition basics that
take the confusion out of what to eat. You will receive information on food selection guidelines, preparation
tips, and how to put together balanced, simple meals. You will come away with valuable tools on how to
integrate eating healthy into any lifestyle. Handouts will include guidelines, preparation tips and easy, nutritious
recipes. Cost: $25

CONNECTIONS: Health through Mindfulness, Movement, and Nutrition

CONNECTIONS is a new class that focuses on connecting you to your body in a new way. Each variety of
self-healing techniques, exercises, stretches, as well as nutritional recommendations. The information presented
during the class will be very beneficial for general health and well-being, not just the weekly topic.

The class will include the following:
Informative Lesson – information presented will include causes and suggestions to facilitate healing and
prevention for the weekly topic being discussed.
Self Healing Techniques – a hands-on portion that teaches techniques that help to heal and promote
wellness.
Energetic Movements – stimulates the flow of energy and improves circulation, clarity, vitality, flexibility,
and healing.
Meditation – integrates the hour of learning and expansion; calms and clears the mind, improves relaxation
and enhances healing and self-awareness.

When: Mondays from 6:15 – 7:30pm
Cost: 8-Week Series: $100

Stop the Afternoon Slump – Curb Your Sugar Cravings
Do you need a mid-morning or afternoon snack and energy pick-me-up? Do you crave sweets or
carbohydrates? Are you slow to wake up in the morning? This class will teach you why you crave sugar
or carbohydrates and give you tools so you can curb those cravings. You will learn the effects of sugar
and carbohydrate consumption and how to make simple changes in your diet and lifestyle that support a
balanced and healthy body. Handouts will be provided. Cost: $25

Transformation: Tools for Building a Vibrant Life
This class will teach you the foundations to build a lifestyle that increases your energy and supports health.
You will learn how diet, thoughts, emotions, and your physical living environment can affect health and either
promote or prevent healing. Discover how an integration of simple lifestyle and dietary changes can make
profound changes in your life. Handouts will be provided. Cost: $25

Reduce Neck/Shoulder Tension and Headaches
Headaches, as well as neck and should tension, are quite common in our society. Often times we sit all day
without much movement causing energy to become stagnated or our day-to-day lifestyle creates stress on
both our mind and body. Learn tools to reduce stress within the body and how to relive the tension and
prevent it from returning. You will experience variety of self-healing techniques, exercises, stretches, as well as
nutritional recommendations. Please bring a yoga mat with you to class.

Improve Your Sleep
Stress, anxiety, and tension can prevent us from getting a good night’s sleep. You will learn self-healing and
stress management techniques, exercises, stretches, as well as nutritional recommendations that can induce
relaxation that will help you get a better night’s rest. Please bring a yoga mat with you to class. Cost: $15

Whole Food Body Care: Make Your Own Body Care Produces
You will learn how easy it is to make and create your own skin care products with whole foods you can find
right in your kitchen cupboards and refrigerator. You will learn how to make a variety of products including
lotion and lip balm, both of which you will make in class. We will also discuss easy recipes for toners, exfoliants,
and face masks. Cost: $25
