
Assessments
Our approach to Wellness Coaching is unique. We create wellness plans that incorporate a
variety of different elements, all which play a vital roll in health and well-being. Each individual is
unique and has very different needs. We take time to get to know you, your goals and
concerns, and work with you each step of the way. We assess your nutrition, dietary, lifestyle,
and fitness goals and create an individualized wellness plan just for you.
There are many small changes that you can make each day that little by little increase feelings
of health. And with each of those small steps you will come into a whole new way of living and
moving through the world. Health is truly a state of being and living.
When you start to feel just a little bit better, it continues to snowball into greater health and
well-being. But it is all about one step at a time – taking the journey at whatever pace you are
most comfortable. We are here to support you every step of the way, so you are never
journeying alone.
Wellness Coaching Sessions
Your first session will take a minimum of 90 minutes. During that time, we will discuss your
health history, goals, concerns, and what you envision your life to be. Each session thereafter
can be scheduled for 60 or 90 minutes, depending your primary heath concerns and personal
goals. During each session, you will be guided toward gradual and lifelong changes. Our intention
is not about restricting your life or diet in any way, but to help move you toward your goals and
open new doors of possibility for you. The cost for your initial session is $100 and our hourly
rate per session thereafter is $80.
Wellness Consultations
If you are interested in a shorter, less extensive session, we offer a 45-minute Wellness
Consultation. During that time, we can discuss any questions you have on how to improve your
health and topics like diet, self-healing, stretching, meditation, etc. Wellness Consultations are
available in person or via phone/online video conferencing. The cost is $50 for a 45-minute
consultation.
