Dietary Recommendations
We will review your food journal and offer dietary recommendations that will support you and bring greater
health into your life. You will learn what to eat and how to properly prepare it, and experience food as
medicine and nourishment. Understanding your relationship to food is another component that will be
discussed.
Nutritional Therapy
After assessing your physical nutritional needs, we will work to heal your body so you can properly
assimilate the nutrients in food. You will also learn the nutritional value of food and how it can be used to
heal more than just your body.
Body/Mind Connection
Your thoughts and emotions are energetic, and so is your physical body. You will learn how to use
thoughts and emotions as a means of creating and maintaining a healthy and vibrant life. You will
understand how reoccurring thoughts, what you feel about the food you eat, and awareness of your
thoughts and emotions can affect your personal energy, goals, and health. Meditation techniques,
breathing exercises and tips on how to become more mindful and aware will be discussed.
Strength Training and Exercises
Learn how to open, move, strengthen, and stretch your body in ways that support physical balance and
optimal health. Experience greater health through learning and experiencing physical and energetic
movements, exercises, and self-healing techniques that help to strengthen and support your body.
Bodywork
We will provide hands-on bodywork that will help to achieve your goals. Balancing energy, giving organs
energetic support for healing, removing energetic blocks, and increasing circulation are some types of
bodywork that can be explored. This will also give you a hands-on understanding of how your body is
communicating with you.
Lifestyle Changes
You will learn an array of positive lifestyle changes that will support and sustain your well-being.
Understanding more about what in your life is supporting your health and what is not is integral to
maintaining vibrant health.
